Shipping policy

Delivery / shipping costs:

Orders from our online shop are delivered within Switzerland to the address given in the order form, usually within 2–3 working days. If technical or logistical reasons prevent us from meeting the planned delivery date, we will notify you promptly by email or phone.

Shipping is normally handled by Swiss Post.

 

Delivery within Switzerland is free on orders of CHF 60 or more.

 

If an ordered item is unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from our contractual delivery obligation. We undertake to notify you promptly and refund any payment already received. Risk for the ordered goods passes to the Customer upon delivery, including partial deliveries.


Warranty:

Statutory warranty provisions apply to online orders.

We warrant that goods leave our premises in perfect condition. If delivered items show obvious defects, including transport damage, please report them immediately on delivery. Have the carrier acknowledge visible defects and contact us by phone. Defects should be reported no later than 5 days after receipt.

All other provisions follow our Terms and conditions.

How long does delivery take? Is it free?

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send another email with a tracking link.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • TWINT
  • Klarna – pay by invoice
  • Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover)
  • PayPal

How do I pay by invoice with Klarna?

Select Klarna at checkout, then pay by invoice. Available options and payment terms appear directly at checkout.

TWINT is a separate payment option. Invoice payments are provided by Klarna.

How can I cancel an order?

Eine Stornierung einer Bestellung ist bis spätestens 12:00Uhr des auf die Bestellung nachfolgenden Tages möglich. Danach ist eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich. Du kannst uns über das Kontaktformular kontaktieren, um eine Änderung zu beantragen.

How can I use the 14-day return policy?

Wenn du deine Bestellung aus irgendeinem Grund zurückgeben oder umtauschen möchtest, sind wir für dich da! Wir bieten dir die Rückgabe oder denUmtausch innerhalb 14 Tagennach Erhalt deiner Bestellung an. Du kannst dein Produkt gegen eine Gutschrift für den Onlineshop, ein anderes Produkt oder eine Rückerstattung der ursprünglichen Zahlungsmethode zurückgeben.

Bitte beachte folgende Ausnahmen von unseren Rückgaberecht:-Aufgerissene Kerzensand Verpackungen können nicht zurückgegeben werden oder umgetauscht werden.
-Ermässigte Artikel sind endgültig und können nicht zurückgegeben werden oder umgetauscht werden.
-Zurückgegebene Artikel müssen noch mit Etiketten versehen und Originalverpackt zurückgeschickt werden.
-Zurückgegebene Artikel dürfen keine sichtbaren Zeichen von Abnutzung oder Gebrauch aufweisen.

What is candle sand?

Candle sand is candle wax in a crystalline, sand-like form, made entirely from plant-based palm wax. It offers many ways to personalise your candles. Fill suitable containers of different shapes quickly and easily, choosing colours and scents to suit you.

How long does candle sand burn?

Wick length affects burning time: a length of 2 to 3 cm corresponds to around 4 to 5 hours. A whole bag burns for approximately 40 to 50 hours, depending on the amount it contains.

Is candle sand suitable for decorating any room?

Candle sand is a versatile decorative material that brings a cosy atmosphere to any room. Different colours and forms let you match your interior, from a living room centrepiece to a scented candle in the bathroom. Layer colours to create a beautiful gradient.
