Delivery takes no more than 3 days from ordering. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is free on orders of CHF 59 or more.

Your order will be delivered within 3 days of ordering.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send another email with a tracking link.

Wenn du deine Bestellung aus irgendeinem Grund zurückgeben oder umtauschen möchtest, sind wir für dich da! Wir bieten dir die Rückgabe oder den Umtausch innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Erhalt deiner Ware an. Du kannst dein Produkt gegen eine Gutschrift für den Onlineshop, ein anderes Produkt oder eine Rückerstattung der ursprünglichen Zahlungsmethode zurückgeben.

Bitte beachte folgende Ausnahmen von unseren Rückgaberecht:-Aufgerissene Kerzensand Verpackungen können nicht zurückgegeben werden oder umgetauscht werden.
-Ermässigte Artikel sind endgültig und können nicht zurückgegeben werden oder umgetauscht werden.
-Zurückgegebene Artikel müssen noch mit Etiketten versehen und Originalverpackt zurückgeschickt werden.
-Zurückgegebene Artikel dürfen keine sichtbaren Zeichen von Abnutzung oder Gebrauch aufweisen.
